These do run small so I would recommend going up 1/2-1 whole size.

SAMPLE MEASUREMENTS ARE:
7.5 = ball of foot on bottom= 4", bottom length= 10-3/4"
8.0
= same...4", bottom length= 10-7/8"
they measure 8" from floor
to top.
There's not much of a difference between the 2 sizes but they do
run small and the 10-7/8" is not the space for your foot but the bottom of
boot which extends out a tiny pit on each end. Same with width.. the sole
extends out a bit on either side.
